6.1 Dispute resolution and complaints

We are willing to participate in mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes, as set out in our Terms and Conditions (section 11).

The process:

Mediation (30 days): a neutral mediator seeks agreement; costs are shared
Arbitration: if mediation fails

For EU customers: under German/Austrian law before a neutral arbitrator
For non-EU customers: under AAA Rules (USA)

6.2 EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides an online platform for consumer dispute resolution:

You may submit a complaint there if you are a consumer and have a cross-border dispute with us.

6.3 Participation in consumer dispute resolution

Pursuant to § 14 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act), we are willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before recognised conciliators to resolve conflicts out of court.
